Site Construct WA (ABN 13 693 380 997) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can reach us about it.
What we collect
When you contact us or use the enquiry form we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, project and site details, and any plans, specifications or other documents you choose to send. We only collect what you give us for your enquiry.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, assess your project, prepare advice, feasibility or a quote, and, if we work together, to deliver and manage the project. We send you a confirmation email when your enquiry arrives. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
How we store and protect it
Enquiries sent through the website are held briefly by our website host, Cloudflare, in its Oceania storage region, until they are transferred into our own project records and then deleted from the host. Email is handled through Microsoft 365. Our project records are kept on systems we control. Some of these providers may process information outside Australia; we choose providers with recognised security practices.
Who we share it with
Only with people who need it to answer your enquiry or deliver your project, such as our consultants, engineers and subcontractors, and only when that is part of the work you have asked for, or where the law requires it.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it where we do not need to keep it, by emailing info@siteconstructwa.com.au or calling (08) 6113 6100. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy concern, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
